How would you describe your art style? How has your style evolved throughout the years?
My art style can be described as...abstract futurism. Throughout the years, my style has drastically changed! I have fallen more into 2D graphics from sketching on paper. It took me a while to really find my style. Being in school, consistently visiting art galleries and experimenting with different mediums has really helped me tunnel in on what I do best.
Currently I am learning 3D where I will have the chance to further advance my vision and make my art pop even more!
What tools and mediums do you particularly enjoy working with?
I love working with photoshop, illustrator and photographs. I usually combine the three to obtain my desired look.

How did the idea for your "Liquid Forms" collection come about? What are you trying to convey through it?
This collection speaks about emotional forms that our minds take when dealing with certain situations. Each liquid form is a subjective emotion. Recently my father passed and I was going through healing and trying to cope with my emotions and accepting his death. It's a dark thing to go through and ultimately it was subtle for me. Each liquid form represents a level of emotion. We all go through different flows of emotions like liquid. One goes through shock, crying, sadness, accepting and moving on when dealing with death. The black represents the dark phase while the blue represents the emotion.

What do you hope to be doing 5 years from now?
In 5 years, I hope to have opened up my own art gallery, create an organization for the youth dealing with art and travel the world exhibiting my works.

How difficult is it to get a job as a graphic designer? Any advice for aspiring graphic designers?
There is a little bit of a challenge getting a job as a graphic designer because there are so many talented designers out there. But you have to find what it is that you are really good at and capitalize on it. That will make you stand out from the crowd. My advice is to keep learning and never stop learning. Never get too comfortable because you are always a student of life. Take as many internships as possible, find a mentor, go to seminars, read books and most importantly have a vision.
