As a girl who often thrifted in her younger years, I’ve always had to make do with what I had. Not always having the money to go out and buy everything I wanted challenged myself to up my own creativity. I love fashion because of its fluidity; because you can make it to be anything you want it to.
I literally draw inspiration from everywhere, though I believe the stylish house of women I grew up in has had a lot of bearing on my desire to always shut the fashion game down. My style is not revolutionary or avant garde, but it’s mine. It’s mine and no one can take that away from me.
